Biles sweeps all to extend historical run; Senior Women’s National Team announced at Xfinity U.S. Championships



FORT WORTH, Texas (June 2, 2024) – Simone Biles (Spring, Texas/World Champions Centre) swept five golds on Day 2 of women’s competition, including her record ninth all-around title, to bring her career national titles to 32 Sunday night at the 2024 Xfinity U.S. Gymnastics Championships in Texas.

Biles led the charge throughout both days of competition, winning all-around gold on the final day with a dominant two-day total of 119.750 (60.450/59.300). She also secured every apparatus gold medal available, posting the highest scores on floor exercise (30.300; 15.200,15.100), vault (30.425; 15.375,15.050), balance beam (29.600; 14.800,14.800) and uneven bars (29.050; 14.650,14.400) to add five total medals to her U.S. collection.

Skye Blakely (Frisco, Texas/WOGA Gymnastics) shone on Sunday to take all-around silver with a combined 113.850 (57.050, 56.800). She stuck all four of her routines during the evening’s competition, earning silver on vault (28.925; 14.575, 14.350) and bronze medals on bars (28.850; 14.400, 14.450) and beam (28.650; 14.450, 14.200). Kayla DiCello (Boyds, Md./Hill’s Gymnastics) rounded out the top three all-arounders, earning bronze with a 110.800 (56.850, 53.950), also picking up silver on floor exercise with a 27.800 (13.850, 13.950). Suni Lee (St. Paul, Minn./Midwest Gymnastics Center) placed fourth in the all-around with a 110.650 (55.750, 54.900) and took silver on beam with a 29.100 (14.200, 14.900)
